WebI've tested this recently since upgrading to a 4090. I used Cyberpunk, F1 2024, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider's built in benchmarks with RT on for all. HAGS gave a small improvement in CP and SotT, and a small deterioration in F1. I concluded the few frames difference in 4K is not enough to matter to me. This should be on for better performance.
