WebActually the fix is if you equip a valorplate where the shield is working and go to your valorplate that is and copy the working valorplates gear load out to the not working on will fix it. As of right now, I only have Hinterclaw who is able to use a shield at all, no other suit will let me use the shield or associated abilities.
